Customer Email Outreach

  • Oversaw design and deployment for a variety of customer communications

  • Developed, photographed and produced branded stop-motion video for KFF’s customer birthday messages

  • Recorded data (open, bounce, and click rates) and identified insights/opportunities for future communications

  • Managed Do Not Call and Do Not Email data to ensure communications were following Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

Asset Rebranding Animation

  • Redesigned various assets in anticipation of rebrand

  • Elevated available stock photo by turning it into an animation. Resulted in a more engaging customer birthday communication

  • Prepared email templates for move to Salesforce cloud platform

Print Material

  • Developed an array of print media (posters, post cards, direct mail, banners etc.) for internal and customer facing campaigns

  • Created a set of local marketing material templates for sales team to utilize, resulting in marketing team having more time to develop future strategies

  • Ensured all print material met printer specifications (colour settings, crop, resolution etc.)

Sales Aid Presentation

  • Recreated sales aid presentation from scratch to align with new branding

  • Resulted in positive feedback from sales team as it was a primary tool used when meeting prospects

  • Managed all updates through each quarter as company policies/services evolved

  • Worked closely with translator to create an equally impactful French Canadian version

  • Curated a robust image library for departments to pull from to ensure all client facing material maintained cohesion

Digital Assets and Contest Generation

  • Spearheaded development of online local contest templates for sales representatives to utilize

  • Generated and monitored online entry pages

  • Facilitated link of entry pages to sales representative’s leads portal

  • Curated social media posts, QR codes and posters for representative’s to promote their contests

  • Worked with legal team to ensure all contests followed Canadian sweepstakes rules

Material for New Customers

  • Refreshed welcome certificates to be more on brand, ensuring a good first impression with our new customers

  • Customers and sales team could download these certificates and add in the child’s name plus a motivational message

  • Refreshed language options to appeal to diverse customer base
