As a Marketing Specialist with TEND, my main role was to amplify the brand through email and digital campaigns targeted to clients across North America. I championed a brand refresh, modernizing the brand’s look and feel. I also developed unique sub-brands for the company’s key training programs. In addition to this I was responsible for maintaining the website, course pages, collecting marketing data and generating insights for future campaigns. I increased registration for trainings by utilizing LinkedIn and Google advertising as well as newsletters through strategic partnerships with aligned brands.
